Our Seamless Payroll Service
Our payroll service offers your business flexibility, working with you every step of the way creating a bespoke solution to meet your unique challenges and requirements. Typically, this is what our service will look like:
Set up & Onboarding
As part of the onboarding process, we will hold an implementation meeting where we will discuss and agree your payroll service solution. Setting expectation for both client and customer, this then filters into a continuous conversation to ensure the maintenance of service levels.
Transition & Input
We will assist you in the transition of your payroll data on to our system, from there our team will input any timesheets, leavers, new starters and further payroll data on a weekly/bi-weekly or monthly basis dependant on the frequency of your payroll.
Seamless will calculate, validate, and process your payroll within the agreed timeframes. Employing a 3-step quality checking system during the process to ensure the accuracy of your payroll, minimising errors. Seamless will be responsible for every aspect of the payroll processing including statutory documentation such as SSP1, SMP1, OSPPA and SAP1.
Reporting & Submissions
You will have access to a suite of reports, Seamless will also produce bespoke reports if required. Seamless will produce and submit all relevant HRMC reports (including Full Payment Submission [FPS] & Employer Payment Summary [EPS]).
Your employees will be given access to their own secure portal, here they will receive e-payslips as well as other documentation such as P60’s or P45’s.
Support & Guidance
Our payroll team are on hand 5 days a week to help you and your business. We will assist you with employee queries and keep you informed of any ongoing issues. We keep on top of all the latest legislation updates and apply these to your payroll process, keeping continuous improvement and compliance and the forefront of your payroll service.
